Mark is the Founder and President of River Management Development & Realty. Mark has been involved in Property Management for over 25 years. He is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) the highest designation awarded by the Community Association Institute (CAI); many of our managers are Certified Managers of Community Associations (CMCA). Mr. Raphael is the past chapter President of the Hudson Valley CAI.

John joined River Management in June 2002. John has a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University and a J.D. from St. Johns University School of Law. Prior to joining River Management, he was an attorney in private practice and thereafter worked in Property Management in the New York metropolitan area for 11 years, specializing in leasehold condominiums in Battery Park City. He is responsible for overseeing the Association Management Division.

Anne Marie has been with River Management since 1996. She has a background in property management, having worked for various prestigious developers in the New York metropolitan area before joining River Management. She oversees the administrative staff as well as the Rental Division.

Steve has been with River for five years. Steve has a B.S. in Accounting from Johnson & Wales University. Prior to joining River he worked as Assistant Comptroller at ARC/DC and as a consultant to various mortgage lending companies.
